Obviously we would love it if all our customers were totally
satisfied all of the time, but we recognise that there there
may be occasions where we fail to deliver on people’s
expectations. When this happens we also want you to be able
to tell us about it.
For this reason we have created a

Procedure to make it as easy as possible for
you to feedback your issues to us and enable us to try and
resolve them to your satisfaction.
